Edgars bakingri er uten tvil Sørlandets beste håndverksbakeri. Med sine 10 utsalgssteder ønsket Baker og konditormester Rune å fornye konseptet.

Med god hjelp fra Markedssjef i Edgars Anette fant vi en god marksplan for hvordan skjermene best kunne brukes inherit i utsalgstedene.

Det endres nå menyer etter tidspunkt på dag fra frokost, bữa trưa middag og kveldsmat samt Tilbud og promotionringer.
